Made to Crave Participant’s Guide

Made to Crave Participant’s Guide

The Made to Crave Participant’s Guide will take you through a much deeper, richer and more meaningful journey in this study. We are so excited about the Participant’s Guide! It adds strong value to the book and encourages you to ponder critical areas essential to tackle in your struggle with food. It was designed to be used with the book and the DVD teaching series. The Participant’s Guide is essentially the icing on the cake (so to speak) to help you draw closer to God physically, emotionally, and spiritually, while dealing with your struggle with food.

Jennifer Rothschild I love this project! Lysa gets it — she knows me. She understands my struggle — every woman’s struggle. But, in Made to Crave, Lysa does far more than empathize with the struggle; she gives proven practical alternatives for our food cravings. Made to Crave is a grace-filled, God-centered, and girlfriend-like conversation that gets straight to the heart of our food issues. Made to Crave is insightful, honest, encouraging, practical, and accessible. This isn’t a study about becoming a smaller-sized person, but rather helping you become a person who craves Jesus and His truths as the ultimate filler of your heart.”

I could not put Made to Crave down. Lysa TerKeurst instantly spoke to my spirit when she vulnerably wrote of her “want to.” I also want to be the woman God wants me to be — free of unhealthy choices and their toll on me. She has encouraged me to win my personal food and exercise wars.”
