Lysa, I can not wait to read your new book. Ever since you were here @ FBC jax almost 2 years ago my life has not been the same. You were a great encouragement to me. You and Holly were so personable. I totally enjoyed watching the video. However, seeing all the food made me hungry.. I’m addicted to food! Lord Help ME!!

The Made to Crave video was so creative and I saw many of my favorites pictured there so I could easily relate. The message was national so I’m certain many could relate. Kinda of a sad commentary on our country. I recently moved to the mid-west where Carb addiction is alive and well. What a great message when obesity is rampant. The only thing I would suggest is to slow down the video a tinsy bit so the viewers can read the whole important message you’re passing on.

I can relate to this video. The yo yo dieting and the diet traps we put ourselves in because we are dieting…it is what we go on and what we go off when the weight is lost and along the way we crave and eat the food items shown in the video to comfort ourselves since we have deprived ourselves of “true nourishment”.
